Willow Creek Campground in the Sawtooth National Forest is very small having only 3 campsites. It is situated across the road from the South Fork of the Boise River east of Featherville where the Virginia Gulch Trail crosses the Boise River. It is in a small flat along the side of the road leading to Willow Creek Transfer Camp. The area is forested with some underbrush.

Campsites: There are 3 campsites, each have a picnic table and fire pit. The driveways are gravel but are pretty much dirt in some spots.
